On Dec. 17th, 2007, Meyer Truck Equipment of Jasper, Indiana completed the purchase of the assets of Tri State Utility of Evansville.      This new acquisition will go by the name Meyer Truck Equipment of Evansville and will continue to pursue the Municipality truck equipment market which had been the focus of Tri State as well as grow the commercial truck market. The addition of product lines such as Knapheide, Industrial Metal Products, Texoma will be a tremendous asset to the Evansville location.
